Shipping Terms and Conditions

Items will be delivered to the delivery address stated on the order. We deliver to private and business addresses and package stores.

Please note: We cannot ship your order to a PO BOX address. All deliveries are signature required unless you have given us authority to leave your parcel or you have authority to leave for that address.

Dispatches are made from our warehouse on weekdays only.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays, dispatch may be delayed during those times.

We currently do not deliver to outer islands, including Great Barrier, Waiheke, Chatham, and Stewart Island.

Online orders are handled by NZ Couriers. Once your order has been collected by the courier provider, We estimate that you should have your delivery within 2-3 business days of your parcel being dispatched. Allow an extra 1-3 days to process your order during sale periods and public holidays. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2-3 days to arrive. If your delivery is late or you’re concerned about your delivery, please contact our service team.
